It Is Now 

If there was ever a time to arm ourselves with the mind of Christ, it is now.

If there was ever a time to throw off the things of this world that keep us from doing God’s will, it is now. 

If there was ever a time to settle in our hearts exactly who’s the Lord of our lives, it is now.

Now is the time to act on the truth we’ve embraced. It’s the time to hold fast to our confession, our confidence, and our courage.

We can, we must, do all things through Christ Who gives us strength.

If there was ever a time to make our message clear and concise, it is now.

If there was ever a time to rely upon the power of God, it is now.

If there was EVER a time to humble ourselves, seek His face, and do exactly what He says, it is now.

We’ve waited long enough. We’ve tried everything else.

But our cute comments, sharp sayings, and timely tweets haven’t penetrated society’s skin. 

Debates, arguments, and name calling haven’t won the masses. Compromising truth for the sake of getting along hasn’t compelled anyone to trade darkness for light.

It’s time.

For light to reveal, love to appeal, and God’s truth to define right and wrong.

In ourselves first, then possibly the world.

If there was ever a time when the conscience of a nation needed to witness believers who believe something enough to make it their life, it is now.

If there was ever a time to love righteousness and hate unrighteousness, it is now.

It’s time to pray, “Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done”, and expect God to move. Act. Answer.

In our lives, first.
