There’s a phrase going around that has me wondering, “why would someone say such a thing?” I mean, if I said something I meant, why would I add, “I’m just sayin’”? And, if I didn’t mean what I said, why did I say it in the first place? The phrase, “I’m just sayin’”; not sure…
